This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make a purchase from sqlx.science (the “Site”).

We will not collect any information about your device.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address and email address. We refer to this information as “Order Information.” Any payment information is collected by the payment service the Site uses. Please refer to their Privacy Policy for their details.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

We will only share your information with a third party or transfer your data outside of the UK / EU if we need to. Where we do this we will comply with all of our legal obligations and we ensure that there are adequate protections in place to protect your information.

  • Obtain your explicit consent for such.

We will not use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS IF YOU ARE A EUROPEAN CUSTOMER

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Should you wish for your information to be deleted, this will cancel any active subscriptions.

MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 due to the need for a credit card or PayPal account.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
